Returns

You have the right to return standard products within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or special order products
  • Installed or used products
  • Digital products, including ECU tuning files and software

By purchasing digital products, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or faulty products.
